Approving a stay charges the card right then, on your own Stripe account, and it pays out to your bank on the schedule you set. No holding period until check-in.

They pay your nightly price, your fees, and your taxes. We add nothing at checkout, which is exactly why booking direct with you is the better deal.
One small fee, charged to you
No monthly bill and no contract. We take a small fee on each rental, and that is the entire business model.

Why we built ReservaHome

I'm Jorge. I built ReservaHome.
I kept meeting owners who had already done the hard part. They had beautiful homes, guests who came back every summer, and a phone full of people asking about next season. Yet nearly every one of those bookings still went through a marketplace that put their home on a page beside fifty others.
They were paying to be shown their own competition.
ReservaHome is the other option. Your own booking page, with only your homes on it. Guests request their dates, you approve them, and payments go directly to you. No marketplace in the middle, no fees added for your guests, and no one else's brand on the experience you built.
Keep listing on the big platforms if that's working for you. Reservations you get there still block those nights here. But the guests who already know you, the ones who found you through a friend or stayed with you last year, should be booking directly with you.
